This past Wednesday Ohio State was honored to receive commitments from their best players: Justin Hilliard & Jashon Cornell.
ESPN.com announced the two players' decision. As such, the Buckeyes are now a step ahead for the 2015 season.
Justin Hilliard started off as a Number Thirteen prospect. Now, he is a Number One linebacker. Once 2014 commences, Justin Hilliard will join the ranks with Raekwon McMillion. His contract begins in February.
On the other end of the spectrum, there is Jashon Cornell. He was originally placed at Number Sixteen. However, with a little bit of practice and determination, Jashon Cornell earned a prestigious Number Five placement for the defensive end. His new career will start alongside Chris Ash, a defensive coordinator. With these powerful players, Ohio State hopes for an easy reel of future prospects.
After Justin Hilliard, Jashon Cornell and the other players mentioned, there might be Damien Harris. His previous commitment was to Michigan.
Indeed, once Justin Hilliard & Jashon Cornell make their mark, the Buckeyes should move to the Number Six spot for ESPN's class rankings. For Ohio State, such a move is expected to make their team more prominent in the sports world.
