Qwik 11 Kameron Williams Ohio State Commit

We don’t get interview films too often but this is a great one of Kam Williams, a recent 2013 Ohio State commit. Williams discusses his strengths and weaknesses in addition to when he started playing basketball. The 6’3” 175lbs Williams has great quickness and a nice jumper from mid-range. He can also take the ball to the basket when needed. He had a lot of scholarship offers including Clemson, Marquette, Miami (FL), Rutgers and Wake Forest. Rated the 23rd best shooting guard in the country by Rivals.com, he recently receive an offer from Ohio State and committed for their upcoming class.

Marc Loving Official Junior Mixtape 2011-12

Nice little video from John Smyth of 2013 Ohio State commit Marc Loving from Toledo Ohio. The video has footage for a good number of games and shows Loving’s ability to get to the rim individually or after a missed layup of a teammate. The 6’8” power forward played AAU basketball with All-Ohio Red and had an offer from Xavier in addition to Ohio State. Considered the 11th best power forward in the country for the 2013 class, Loving will continue the great recruits that have played for the Buckeyes since Thad Matta took over the program.

Shannon Scott Milton Georgia 2011 Highlights

Shannon Scott is a talented 2011 point guard from Milton Georgia who is joining Ohio State next season along with two other members of their 2011 class, LaQuinton Ross and Sam Thompson. The addition of Scott gives Ohio State one of the best point guards in the country to play along side the best center, Jared Sullinger, and one of the best power forwards, Deshaun Thomas. In this highlight video, the 6’2” point guard demonstrates his ability to shoot outside the arc, press on defense, defend, pass the ball, and push the pace of a game.

JD Weatherspoon 2009 Highlight Film

A nice highlight reel from CityLeagueHoops.tv of recent Ohio State 2010 commit JD Weatherspoon during the 2009 season. The production of the video is excellent with an enthuses on dunking. Mid way through we also begin to see some of the defensive blocks and offsensive soft touch from mid range that made Weatherspoon the 26th best Power forward in the country for 2010. He will join Northland center Jared Sullinger at OSU when he arrives next year.

2010 Guard Josh Selby at the Hoophall Classic

Selby is a 6'1" guard from Baltimore Lake Clifton who initially committed to Tennessee but has now de-committed and reopened his recruitment.

Ohio State Women's Basketball Team Make the Sweet 16

From the Big Ten Network, the crew discuss the win by the Ohio State Women over Mississippi State with their great defense and hard fought win to get to the Sweet 16 in the 2009 NCAA Tournament. Second half adjustments led to less points in the paint by the 11th seeded Bulldogs helping the Buckeyes win 64-58 in the second round of the Berkeley Region.

Ohio State holds Off Butler 54-51
